2023 Explorer

Explorer 2023 took place April 1(2) - 18, and the assignment can be viewed here.
Current status (8/23): the global rankings are now available online here. A subset of contributed papers will be published and linked from this page once we receive explicit permissions from all teams who would like to make their submissions public.

Congratulations to teams WowSa for first place, SCITECH for second place, Relativistic Power for third place, and all the honorable mentions. We will be reaching out to all teams individually with their certificates.

Physics Unlimited's 2023 Explorer Competition is a team-based, collaborative open-ended assignment that takes place every spring. This year it was held April 1(2) - 18, and the assignment PDF file is now accessible through the link below. A Q&A platform (Piazza) was also enabled and maintained by the problem writer throughout to address clarifying questions.
