International sites

If you are a prospective contestant who cannot travel to the U.S. for the PUPC Onsite Test or in the event it is not held physically (as has been the case since 2020), the Physics Unlimited Premier Competition is an opportunity for you to exhibit your physics skills by completing the same work in the same time interval, hosted by our non-profit in the US (online) and by our international partner organizations. Physics Unlimited has effectively inherited the international chapters formed by PUPC organizers in 2015-2016.

The following is an updated list of countries where local organizations or universities have hosted the Premier Competition at educational institutions in their regions:

• Germany: hosted by the Freshman Institute - FH Aachen (Geilenkirchen)
• Turkey: hosted by Irmak Schools (Istanbul)
• Taiwan: hosted by the Taiwan Math/Science Circle (TWMC)
• Vietnam: hosted by the Center for Nano Science and Technology, Hanoi National University of Education, Hanoi
